Experience and Expertise
We cover virtually all of Maricopa County including correctional facilities. With a 91% success rate (with a valid address) our process server will always make the first attempt within 72 hours for Routine Services. We gather information from neighbors, take down license plates, and gather any other information that may assist our clients. With over 30 years of combined experience our licensed private process servers stay up to date with required annual training.
Private Process Service
Private Process Servers are authorized to serve papers such as Subpoenas, Summons and Complaints, Orders of Protection, Restraining Orders, Petitions for Supplemental Proceedings, Child Support, Divorce Papers, Collection Letters, etc. After serving the court documents, a Proof of Service/Affidavit is signed by the Private Process Server and returned to the client to be filed with the appropriate court. A copy will be sent to the client via mail or E-mail.
